Judge Advises Prosecutors On Right Conduct, Ethical Behaviour

Adhere to principles of right conduct and ethical behav­iour.

This was strongly advised by Su­preme Court Judge, Justice Isikeli Mataitoga during the first day of the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions annual conference at the Warwick Fiji Resort on Friday.

Justice Mataitoga said as a state representative in the prosecution service, they should act with can­dor, good faith and courtesy in all professional relations.

“This means you treat everyone- Judges, court officers, law enforce­ment officers, victims, defence attorneys, members of the press, and the public with respect,” he said.
