The Fiji Court of Appeal has allowed a sentence appeal for a man who attacked the Delainavesi Police post.

Samuela Bokadi appeared before Appeals Judge Justice Chandana Prematilika.

Bokadi was jailed to five years imprisonment with a non-parole period of three years for one count of damaging property, six counts of attempted act with intent to cause grievous harm and four counts of resisting arrest.
