Judge Gives Time To Serve Video Recording In Murder Case
Seru who allegedly murdered Karishma Gounder at Lomolomo, Lautoka last year. Ms Gounder’s body was found floating in the sea near a private property at Lomolomo Beach on November 12, 2022 by a farmer.

State lawyer Sheenal Swastika was granted further time by the High Court in Lautoka on Thursday to file and serve the transcription of the caution interview video recordings for murder accused Saimoni Seru.
Seru who allegedly murdered Karishma Gounder at Lomolomo, Lautoka last year. Ms Gounder’s body was found floating in the sea near a private property at Lomolomo Beach on November 12, 2022 by a farmer.
The matter was heard before High Court Judge, Justice Riyaz Hamza and Seru was represented by Legal Aid Commission lawyer Kelly Vulimainadave.
