Judge Orders Lawyers To Sort Out Pretrial Conference Issues
High Court Judge , Justice Aruna Aluthge told the defense and state lawyers to sort out all pretrial conference issues in the case of four former Corrections Service personnel charged with the murder of an inmate.

High Court Judge , Justice Aruna Aluthge told the defense and state lawyers to sort out all pretrial conference issues in the case of four former Corrections Service personnel charged with the murder of an inmate.
He gave the counsels until the end of next month to sort out the respective issues.
This is in the case of Onisimo Raboiliku, Semesa Bulikalougata, Suliasi Tubuna, and Navitalai Kanavo who are charged with the alleged murder of a remand prisoner Jone Masirewa in 2020 and assault causing actual bodily harm to remand prisoner Jone Nawali.
