Judge Orders State To Submit Eligible Copies Of Disclosures
The couple allegedly forced an 18-year-old student to ingest a chemical in Maro, Sigatoka, on June 30, 2022.

Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza has ordered State lawyer Taitusi Tuenuku to provide eligible copies of the disclosures for a couple on murder charge, Mohammed Naushad and Nazreen Nisha Khan.
This is the case of Naushad and Khan who are each charged with one count of murder while Naushad faces an additional charge of one count of criminal intimidation.
