Judge Tells Lawyers: Come Prepared

“Come Prepared!”- High Court Judge Justice Salesi Temo strongly advised this to the lawyers in his court yesterday. This was in the case of Samuela Rabuatoka who is charged with one count of murder which allegedly occurred in September in Lami this year.

State prosecutor from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions told the court that the state was yet to file the charges in the case, however, the disclosures have been filed and served.

The prosecutor said the officer in the carriage was yet to meet the pathologist to sort out issues before the charges were finalised and filed.
