Kinikinilala Wins Back $139.75

Maria Kinikinilala, 51, is the lucky winner of the “Win Back Your Purchase”- Carpenters Finance and MH Homemaker promotion.
Ms Kinikinilala was lost for words when she was returned the cash she used to buy an oven on hire pruchase from MH Homemaker.
Ms Kinikinilala, who is a cleaner at MHCC said she purchased the oven for her niece who was getting married.

“I was at home since it was my day off yesterday (Tuesday) when they called me to tell me that I was the winner for the promotion, I was really happy, I was not expecting it,” Ms Kinikinilala said.
She said this was the first time she purchased an item on hire purchase and to be returned the money was something she never expected.
“This is the first time I have won a promotion,” she said.
She said the oven cost $299 and she paid a $100 deposit-her first repayment was $39.75. She was returned $139.75.
Carpenters Finance deputy general manager Afraz Khan said it was their way of giving back to customers.
The promotion was from April 1 to April 10 and whoever purchased from MH Homemaker got into the draw.
The promotion is a joint collaboration between Carpenters Finance and MH Homemaker.
