Nadi prominent businessman Lawrence Kumar is frustrated with the lack of investment by the council in capital projects.
“Currently, the council is just concentrating on the operational matters being OPEX rather than undertaking CAPEX projects,” Mr Kumar said.
Mr Kumar voiced his frustration during a meeting with the Minister for Local Government Maciu Nalumisa and team at the Nadi Mayoral chamber in Nadi on Wednesday night.
