The India Sanmarga Ikya (TISI) Sangam Labasa president Kamlesh Reddy is requesting relevant authorities to look into ways of reducing fatal accidents at Delailabasa.

He said in the past three years, two students of the TISI Sangam-owned Sangam Primary School died in separate accidents and numerous accidents had occurred near the road intersection (junction) close to the institution.

"We request if the plants can be removed from the traffic median or island on the road because they obstruct motorists' view," Mr Reddy said.
