Footwear Factory Outlet is among the few businesses that exclusively conducts sale through physical stores.
Since online sales and courier services are not part of their offer, recently they opened its outlet in the main street of Labasa Town.
Its intent is for customers to have the opportunity to personally inspect and assess the products before making a purchase decision.

Footwear Factory Outlet operations manager Amlesh Chand said opting to establish a presence in Labasa was a deliberate choice, considering its location on the second largest island in Fiji.
“We recognised that customers from diverse locations across Fiji making dedicated trips to visit our outlet, demonstrating that our customer base extended beyond those residing in close proximity,” Mr Chand said.
“Our intention is to convey to the Labasa community our dedication to offering products of commendable quality at prices that are exceptionally affordable.”
Nevertheless, Mr Chand said they hold a strong desire to broaden its presence across Fiji in the coming times, contingent upon securing shops in strategically advantageous locations.
