Labasa Wife Denies Hubby Assaulted Her

The case of a man who allegedly assaulted his wife with a hammer will continue today (Thursday) at the High Court in Labasa.

Ashneel Kamal Deo represented by Rikshal Dayal of Sarju Prasad Esquire appeared before Judge Justice Gihan Kulatunga.

The trial started on Monday.

The wife had appeared in court to provide evidence and she denied the allegations made against her husband.
