Potential first-time home owners will soon be able to own a block of land at Mokosoi Estate in Pa­cific Harbour for as low as $40,000 to $60,000.

Potential first-time home owners will soon be able to own a block of land at Mokosoi Estate in Pa­cific Harbour for as low as $40,000 to $60,000.

This will be made possible in the next six months by Housing Author­ity following the groundbreaking ceremony of the Mokosoi Residential Subdivision yesterday.

The subdivision, which costs $4 mil­lion, will see the development of 34 lots.

It will also feature a sports ground which will be developed at an addi­tional cost of $60,000.
