Landlord's Son, 18, Charged With Rape Of Tenant's Daughter, 9

A landlord’s 18-year-old son was charged with the rape and sexual assault of their tenant’s nine-year-old daughter.

This was revealed in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions’ rape and sexual offences statistics for the month of March.

There were 24 people charged with a total of 48 counts of sexual offences in March.

The offences were 30 counts of rape, two of attempted rape, four of defilement, one of indecently annoying and 11 of sexual assault.
