The Office of the Attorney- General has obtained leave to bring committal proceedings against one Richard Krishnan Naidu in respect of a Facebook post which appeared on his Facebook page.
We all owe a duty to protect our Courts and Judiciary from scandal or ridicule.
As this matter is now before the Courts, the committal proceedings will take their normal course.
