Letters: Damaged Drain, Walkway

My complaint to the Lautoka City Council (LCC) is falling on deaf ears.

Thus, I write this open letter to the council, administrators of LCC and Minister for Local Government, if the damaged walkway and

drain at Simla be fixed;

I have been complaining about it for the past six months.

Many students commute on this area daily; the risk of someone getting hurt is high.

Can somebody do something, please?
