Long-term contracts is helping civil service workers become more mentally stable, says Minister for Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations, Agni Deo Singh.
Mr Singh was speaking during the 2023 World Day for Safety and Health at Work celebration in Labasa on Friday.
He said previously, civil servants had contracts of three or five years and by the time they settled into their roles, they would worry again over contract renewals.
