Land Transport Authority officers mends a checkpoint.

The nationwide consultations conducted by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) will conclude today.

The last deliberations will be held at its Taveuni office.

Discussions which started on January 24 in the Western Division focussed on its transformative digitisation journey to revolutionise its customer service experience.

The digitisation initiative aims to streamline services, reduce waiting times, and create a more convenient and customer-centric approach for the public engaging with the LTA.

“These consultations provided a platform for customers and the public to share their views, expectations, and suggestions, aligning the LTA’s service offerings with the community’s diverse perspectives.”

As part of this initiative, LTA is placing a strong emphasis on the automation of services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

He said by leveraging technology, LTA was set to redefine the landscape of its operations, promising a smoother and more accessible experience for its users.
