Young Luisa Reece might have been one of the youngest and smallest of the 51 recruits who graduated at the Fiji Correc­tions Service passing out parade on Friday.

But the 20 year-old lass of Naivim­agimagi, Naceva, Kadavu is clearly on a mission to break glass ceilings in the male dominated workforce.

For Ms Reece, nothing is impossi­ble if the heart is willing.

She is the fourth of seven siblings and she is the only one who has made it to the capital Suva.
