A Bua businessman who allegedly tried to kill the director forestry northern last year, was bailed by the Magistrate’s Court in Labasa yesterday.
Jay Kumar, director of Jaydil’s Sawmilling and Timber Supplies appeared before Magistrate Bimsara Jagodage. He was represented by the Amriit Sen of A.K Singh Lawyers.
Kumar was charged with one count of act with intent to cause grievous bodily harm on Maleli Nakasava.
