Man Accused Of Murdering Student Pleads Not Guilty
The man accused of murdering a 17-year-old student has been further remanded in custody, pending bail application hearing. Samuel Naicker appeared before Judge Justice Siainiu Bull. He is charged with one count of murder.

The man accused of murdering a 17-year-old student has been further remanded in custody, pending bail application hearing.
Samuel Naicker appeared before Judge Justice Siainiu Bull. He is charged with one count of murder.
It is alleged that on May 28, 2022, at Nasinu, Naicker intended to cause the death of Divshek Chand by strangling his neck with a black tracksuit lace.
