Man, Child Escape Serious Injuries

A man in his early 40s escaped serious injuries after the SUV vehicle he was driving bumped into an electrical post in Wailevu, Labasa on Monday night.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirmed reports on the accident and said the man had no injuries despite the severity of the crash.
Meanwhile, Ms Naisoro said investigations are ongoing to find out the cause of the crash.
