Man Handed 8 Years Jail For Violent Rape Of Defacto Partner
The court heard the man and maybe the victim as well had used some kind of intoxicant substance and at the point of the offender inserting his hand, he may have not been in a proper mindset and control of his senses.

Man, 47, was sentenced for the violent rape of his de facto partner in August 2020.
He was found guilty and convicted for one count of rape. The victim was between 17 and 20 years old at the time of the offence.
The offender had invited the victim to his house where the offence took place.
