Namaka Police have charged and produced in court, a 37-year-old man for assaulting his son in Wailoaloa last week.
The accused was charged with one count of common assault and produced at the Nadi Magistrates Court on Monday.
He was bailed and a Domestic Violence Restraining Order issued.
