Filimoni Vosarogo has instructed his ministry to identify delay traps in the Nabouwalu Township Development project.
The Minister for Lands and Mineral Resources claimed there was poor budgetary allocations by the FijiFirst Government.
He highlighted this during his official visit to the Northern Division recently.
