The Ministry of Education is working with the Fiji National University (FNU) in encouraging students to take up Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) subjects.
Aseri Radrodro said the ministry was working with the FNU to ensure that while it was concentrating on academic pathways, it should also consider revamping concentration towards vocational training.
The Minister for Education said they were also working with relevant stakeholders in terms of addressing the importance of TVET.
