The Acting Permanent Secretary for Education, Timoci Bure, is calling on parents and teachers to ensure that their children return to school on Monday, May 1, the week after the three-day Coke Games.

Mr Bure said arrangements for this year’s competition was quite different from previous years because it was held on the second last week of the first school term.

He said organisers were informed to finish the games early on Saturday to enable students to go home, rest on Sunday and prepare for the final week of school.
