The iTaukei Lands Trust Board (iTLTB) has taken a step towards digitisation as it launched its Tenant Mobile App and a portal for surveyors called the Land Development Vetting Committee (LDVC).
While launching the mobile apps, board director Isikeli Tikoduadua said it was the step in the right direction.

He said iTLTB had more than 47,000 tenants and this app would make it easier for tenants to make payments and check details without coming into the iTLTB office.
The app which can be downloaded from Google Play Store allows tenants to view all financial transactions and generate statements.
Tenants can make payments using M-PAiSA and credit card, tenants can access lease application information and makes communication between TLTB, tenants and landowners easier.
The revamped LDVC Portal which allows surveyors to update information was also launched.
The portal tracks and monitors the progress of registering a surveyed lease, allows registered surveyors to login and submit applications, allows online payments, enables interaction with TLTB GIS team and upload relevant information.
Mr Tikoduadua said this was the first time TLTB had taken the steps towards digitisation.
