The Minister for Employment and Industrial Relations, Agni Deo Singh, has confirmed that the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) report for Nabua Primary School remains outstanding.
A team visited the school on 4 November, with the report initially expected the following day. Despite multiple follow-ups, the Ministry has yet to take action on the matter.
Minister for Education Aseri Radrodro also addressed the deteriorating conditions at the school, where students are exposed to hazardous environments due to incomplete and poorly maintained buildings.

"From the initial information we received, the building-constructed under previous management-was left unfinished," Mr Radrodro said.
"We are now working with the new management to identify the best way to complete the structure."
He added the school should formally seek Government assistance through the Ministry of Education if required.
Concerns are mounting over the severe structural damage affecting most classrooms, including rusted roofs and large window gaps where panes are missing.
These conditions not only compromise student safety but also serve as potential escape routes for pupils.
The situation at Nabua Primary School impacts over 900 students and highlights a broader issue: the declining state of public education infrastructure in urban areas.
