Nadi Muslim Primary School Tops Quiz

Nadi Muslim Primary School took out top honours dur­ing Islamic Quiz and Naz­am competition at the Mulomulo Muslim Primary school last week.

The contest was organised by the Nadi Muslim Teachers Associa­tion.

Nadi Muslim Primary School scooped first place in the Senior and Junior Quiz respectively. This is the first time the event was held since 2020.

Nadi Muslim Teachers Associa­tion president Mohammed Nazim said five schools competed in the event.

“It’s actually schools where Mus­lim teachers who teach Urdu and Arabic to students are in,” Mr Na­zim said.

“This year marks the 33rd year of its existence. We have been doing this for many years, but we did not have a programme last year due to COVID.

“What we are trying to do is to broaden the experiences of our students through these types of competitions.”
