Narewa Alleged Wife Killer Charged and Remanded

The man who is alleged to have assaulted his wife to death infront of their five children in Nadi was remanded in custody by the Nadi Magistrates Court yesterday.
Waisea Turagadrau, 39, appeared before Magistrate Jioji Boseiwaqa. He is charged with one count of murder.
The court heard that the father of five allegedly brutally assaulted his 38-year-old wife, Kelera Sivo, at their Narewa home, resulting in her death.

Magistrate Boseiwaqa remanded him at the Natabua Remand Centre in Lautoka.
The case has been transferred to the Lautoka High Court and will be heard on November 15.
