Nasese Bus driver’s Plea Date Deferred

Mr Naicker informed the court that they were willing to assist the defence with acquiring the video footage via a Universal Serial Bus (USB) drive.

Suva Magistrate Jeremaia Savou has adjourned the plea date of Ronal Vikash Nair who was charged for allegedly causing the death of a 28-year-old woman at Stinson Parade in Suva on March 27, last year.

Nair was charged with one count of dangerous driving causing death.

On October 26, 2023, the Nasese bus, driven by Nair, allegedly hit the woman at Stinson Parade in Suva, while she was attempting to cross the zebra crossing.
