Nasinu Town Council Pleads Not Guilty To Non-Compliance Charges
It is alleged that NTC failed to comply with the prohibition notice issued by the director on September 25, 2020 by not removing the stockpile of old, damaged, and end-of-life vehicles at the Kuluvotu Settlement in Nadera within five days from the date of issuance of the notice.

The Nasinu Town Council (NTC) has entered a not guilty plea in a case of non-compliance of the Environment Act.
The matter was called in the Nasinu Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
The council is facing two counts of failure to comply with the prohibition notice issued by the Environment Department director, Sandeep Singh.
