Nausori Highlands Alleged Killer Remanded For 2 Years
Due to COVID-19, his scheduled trial-date for this month has been changed.

Nausori Highlands alleged killer, Mohammed Raheesh Isoof will soon be approaching two years as a remanded prisoner.
Isoof is alleged to have murdered a Nadi family on August 25 and 26 of 2019. He allegedly killed carpenter, Nirmal Kumar, his wife Usha Devi, 54, their daughter, Nileshni Kajal, 34 and Nileshni Kajal’s two daughters Sana, 11 and Samara, 8.
Due to COVID-19, his scheduled trial-date for this month has been changed.

He is represented by Lautoka lawyer, Iqbal Khan.
Mr Khan will be filing the second bail application for his client on the next mentioned date.
Isoof remains remanded at the Lautoka Corrections Centre.
The matter has been adjourned to August 26 for mention.
