Nausori Highland's Murder Appeal Hearing Set For July

On January 12, 2022, Isoof, 65, was jailed for life imprisonment for killing a family of five at Nausori Highlands in August 2019.

The hearing of a leave to appeal the sentence and conviction of the Nausori Highlands murder convict, Muhammed Isoof has been set for July.

It was initially set for March 7, however, due to Isoof’s counsel not being present in court; the hearing was moved to July.

On January 12, 2022, Isoof, 65, was jailed for life imprisonment for killing a family of five at Nausori Highlands in August 2019.

Lawyer Iqbal Khan has filed an appeal against Isoof’s conviction and sentence with 24 grounds of appeal.
