New Standing Committees Members Announced

There are 68 annual reports, one treaty and 21 committee reports pending with respective Parliamentary Standing Committees.

While announcing the reinstatement of parliamentary business yesterday, Speaker to Parliament Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu said the Business Committee had unanimously agreed to reinstate all pending parliamentary businesses from the last term of Parliament.

This is to ensure that the standing committees continue where the last Parliament left off.
