The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has cleared the concerns raised by customers by stating that minibus fares have NOT increased anywhere in Fiji.

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has cleared the concerns raised by customers by stating that minibus fares have NOT increased anywhere in Fiji.
Minibus Fares are “regulated” this means they are under regulatory control.
This is LTA's message to the public:

- Minibus fares have not increased
- If you are asked by drivers to pay a higher fare – refuse to do so and report the driver/vehicle; route details to the LTA on Text 582.
- LTA will be issuing Traffic Infringement Notices (TIN’s) to any driver/operator charging unauthorized fares.
