There is no place in the Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) for divided loyalties, Commander Land Forces Brigadier-General Onisivoro Covunisaqa has warned, cautioning that any betrayal or collusion with criminals will be met with “swift, decisive action”.
Speaking at the 2nd Quarter Parade on Friday, May 1, Brig-Gen Covunisaqa said the RFMF stood at a decisive crossroads in the fight against narcotics and organised crime.
He said the RFMF faced two choices — to remain passive while criminal networks ravage communities, or to rise and fight for the survival, dignity and future of Fiji and its people.
