Pio Tikoduadua has hinted that an overseas judge will preside over the tribunal hearing of suspended Commissioner of Police, Brigadier-General Sitiveni Qiliho.
The Minister for Home Affairs said this was through information relayed to him with regards to the tribunal that would hear Mr Qiliho's case.
He said the Attorney-General was handling the matter.
