Life has not been easy for Nathan Cokanauto after he was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 13.

Life has not been easy for Nathan Cokanauto after he was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 13.
Nathan, the child who was once cheerful, chubby and full of smiles two years ago, is now closely monitored with constant insulin injections, sugar tests, and a changed diet.
