Shivneel Pravneet Chandra says choosing to pursue a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) was a no-brainer for him because he was always fascinated in the profession from a young age.

The 24-year-old Rifle Range, Lautoka resident graduated last Friday from Umanand Prasad School of Medicine and Health Science along with other graduates during the University of Fiji graduation at the Saweni, Lautoka campus.

“I wanted to make a difference in people’s life, this was also my mother’s dream to see me become a doctor,” he said.
