Road Closure Notice: New Velovelo Bridge, Queens Road, Lautoka

Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) would like to advise members of the travelling public that there will be a road closure from 8pm, to 5am daily from Friday, 3rd December to Wednesday 8th December 2021 to undertake road approach construction works for the new Velovelo Bridge along the Queens Road, Lautoka.

The planned road closure will allow the FRA Contractor to safely carry out the necessary works.

During the road closure, traveling public are advised to utilise the detour route from Natabua Road and Wairabetia Road.

Appropriate temporary traffic management will be set-up and managed by site personnel.

Motorists are requested to plan their travel accordingly and follow all posted signage and speed limits when passing through subject location.
