PM to Attend Ocean Conference In Panama

Prime Minister, Sitiveni Rabuka will be leaving the country this week to attend the Our Ocean Con­ference in Panama.

The two-day world conference will be on Thursday and Friday.

Prime Minister, Sitiveni Rabuka is scheduled to address the Our Ocean Conference in Panama on the first day. At the conference, Mr Rabuka is expected to speak on the various angles of climate change.

Notable names who will be speak­ing at the conference are, Secretary-General of the International Mari­time Organization, Kitack Lim. President of Palau, S.E Surangel Whipps and Secretary-General’s Envoy for the Ocean Envoy, Peter Thomson.
