Police Chaplain Secondment Ceased Immediately

The chaplain from the Methodist Church in Fiji and Rotuma posted to the Fiji Police Force, Waisale Tikowale, had his secondment ceased immediately.
Commissioner of Police, Brigadier-General, Sitiveni Qiliho, said the reasons for the cessation would not be revealed.
Brigadier-General Qiliho added that this issue would only be discussed with church president Reverend Ili Vunisuwai.
