Police Commissioner warn of tough action after Constitution threat
Commissioner says those inciting violence or racial hatred will face the full force of the law.

Police Commissioner Rusiate Tudravu has warned that anyone who incites violence, threatens national security or promotes racial hatred will face the full force of the law.
His warning follows the arrest of a man in his 50s who allegedly threatened in a Facebook post on Saturday to burn Suva if the 2013 Constitution was not removed.
Mr Tudravu confirmed the man was arrested yesterday. The Facebook post has since been deleted.

"I want to warn the general public, be aware that we will go hard on people that threaten or incite racial hatred in this country," he said.
"Our Criminal Investigations Department have been directed this morning to be on top of all these issues."
Acting Attorney-General and Minister for Justice Siromi Turaga echoed the Commissioner's comments, saying Police should act swiftly against those making threats.
"Nobody is supposed to be making those threats," he said.
Mr Turaga urged people to refrain from making comments or threats that undermine peace and security.
"I strongly urge the people of Fiji to refrain from making harmful comments, or even threats, which undermine peace and security.
"We have enjoyed a wonderful environment of collaboration between the Government and the security forces, and we continue to maintain that. That's what we are founded on."
