Police concludes COI Report analysis

The Fiji Police Force has confirmed it has completed its analysis of the Commission of Inquiry report and submitted the findings to the Office of the Prime Minister.
Police Commissioner Rusiate Tudravu said the Force was now awaiting further instructions on how to proceed.
In anticipation of the next steps, a team of senior investigators from the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) has been established to handle the case.

He also addressed growing public commentary surrounding the inquiry, warning that speculation about the report's findings could compromise the investigation's integrity.
"A lot has been said by certain individuals about the alleged findings of the inquiry, and some feel this could prejudice the investigations. I urge members of the public to trust the process," the Commissioner said.
