Police probe abduction claims
Sigatoka Police are continuing their line of enquiry.

Members of the public living in the greater Sigatoka area have been urged by Police to share information regarding an alleged attempted abduction.
A post, which appeared on social media, claimed that at a school and in town, strangers tried to lure children on two different occasions. It claimed to have happened in a space of two weeks.
"Since the post was brought to the Fiji Police Force's (FPF) attention, Sigatoka Police had liaised with Sigatoka Town Council executives to view all CCTV camera footage located within the town boundaries," said the Police in a statement.

"The FPF Cybercrime team is also working on sourcing as much information as possible regarding the post, as there was no official report lodged."
Sigatoka Police are continuing their line of enquiry.
"We urge anyone with information to contact police or to call Crime-stoppers on 919 or the Western Division Command Centre on 9905 457."
Olosara Korotogo Advisory Councilor Arvin Mestry has called on parents to take heed of the situation.
"This is sad. I call on parents to continue to speak to their children not to be lured by a stranger to hop in their cars. They need to continue to be vigilant," Mr Mestry said.
