Samuela Tuidravu, 62, didn’t receive preschool education, but looking at children from his village graduate triggered happy emotions.
The Turaga-ni-Yavusa (head of the tribe) of Korotubu Village was the chief guest at the Korotubu Kindergarten graduation programme yesterday.
Reminiscing to eight preschool students he told them how there was no kindergarten in the village so his parents sent him directly to Year One where he struggled to cope.

Miss Devi is originally from Nakama, Labasa and has been teaching in this kindergarten for two years.
