President Biden Congratulates Bainimarama For Years Of Service

President of the United States of America Joe Biden has written a letter to the Leader of Opposition, Voreqe Bainimarama, congratulating him on concluding over a decade of service as Prime Minister.

He applauded Mr Bainimara­ma’s legacy in building Fiji’s dem­ocratic culture and institutions, including welcoming all Fijians regardless of their background.

He added he was glad to host Mr Bainimarama at the White House last September.
