Stay calm! No need to panic.

That's the assurance from Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka after speculations emerged on social media of a military intervention.

The leaked documents online suggested that the military intervene, alleging several constitutional breaches.

A number of these claims have also surfaced on social media through fake and unverified Facebook pages recently.

"There is no author to those documents so how can anybody be expected to do anything about it," Mr Rabuka said.

"Nobody wrote it, nobody had signed it off to say that these are my recommendations.

"The normal thing for us to do when we receive writings like that is to not do anything about it, don't bother.

"We should not be worried about it. We should be calm, there is no need to panic."

He added that it was an intent of mischief "trying to make something out of nothing".
