Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka: We Need A Mini Budget
There will have to be a Mini- Budget to cater for the establishment of new ministries such as the Ministry of Multi- Ethnic Affairs.

There will have to be a Mini- Budget to cater for the establishment of new ministries such as the Ministry of Multi- Ethnic Affairs.
In an interview on Monday, Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka said he may have to convince the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Biman Prasad for a Mini-Budget.
Mr Prasad has been firm on his position that there is no need for one.

When approached for a comment after the Cabinet meeting on Tuesday, Mr Prasad insisted that Mr Rabuka did not say anything of the like.
